An average amount of rainfall falls at Corner Lake; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while October is usually the driest month. Whohoo, so many exciting things in one place! Corner Lake is peerless! Dick Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to; Alp Rock is something you shouldn't miss while you're here. Be careful coming to the Absaroka Range, you might not ever       wanna return home again. A glorious panorama of lovely Sheep Mountain is available from Corner Lake, and on a magnificent day you can take a hike along the North Crandall Trail. Summertime highs at Corner Lake ordinarily tend to be in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 30's. Through the winter highs are generally in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Corner Lake. That right there is loads of entertaining stuff already but it goes on, the Absaroka                  Range has it all. Stillwater River has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel Big Timber. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious site to camp here at Corner Lake is Colter Campground, and since you're here you can take a hike along the Republic Trail. Do go to Companion Lake in close proximity to Corner Lake, it's a beautiful lake; camping is available at Soda Butte Campground. Don't forget to take a splendid little visit to Fisher Creek; if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Pilot Creek Trail. Corner Lake is located in the Absaroka Range. This lake is so wonderful.
