This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something close to Corner Lake? Round Lake is close at hand. Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is bountiful here in the Absaroka Range. Sheep Mountain is uncomplicated to spot from Corner Lake, and there are some good whitewater spots on Clarks Fork Yellowstone. Corner Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rainfall; during June this area sees the most rain while October is ordinarily       the driest month. The North Crandall Trail offers hiking at its best; hey, Fisher Creek is a nice local stream. The Absaroka Range scenery is always beautiful. For the period of the warm months at Corner Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's, and during the night it cools down to the 30's. Highs all through the wintertime are typically in the 20's while Corner Lake overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.                  Good hiking is available along the Republic Trail, and there's whitewater on Stillwater River for all you adrenaline kick people. And that's not all you can do here at Corner Lake. There's delightful hiking along the Pilot Creek Trail, and a perfect nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel Big Timber. There's no way somebody can get bored here in the Absaroka Range. Alp Rock is something you shouldn't miss since you're here at Corner Lake, and Corner Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Colter Campground is a tremendous local campground.
