Get covered with water paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone; camping is available at Chief Joseph Campground. These mountains rock, just check out all the enjoyable things to do in the Absaroka Range. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rosebud Creek - West, and if you came for an overnight stay Colter Campground is a wonderful place to camp. Summer at Cliff Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 70's, and through the night it cools       down to the 30's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Cliff Lake. While you're here at Cliff Lake, you could also check out wonderful Peanut Lake, and a fine sight of beautiful Middle Mountain is available. Cliff Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range. There are great locations to discover along the Pilot Creek Trail, and do have a look at Washtub Lake, it's a gorgeous lake. An average amount                  of rain falls at Cliff Lake; the wettest month of the year is regularly June, that's the one that rains the most; October is the month with the least moisture. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing things at Cliff Lake. Don't leave Cliff Lake without first going for a hike along the Republic Trail; if you need a place to stay Super 8 Big Timber is a glorious choice. This lake is so wonderful. You clearly must go for the Absaroka Range.
