In case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Boulder River, and Super 8 Big Timber is a delightful place to get some rest. Cimmerian Lake is pretty dry generally; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while February is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is       located in the wonderful Absaroka Range. What a place this is for outdoors people. Stillwater River is a good whitewater spot right next door to Cimmerian Lake, and you're probably keen on lakes, Lake Surrender is one of those nearby. For the duration of the warm months at Cimmerian Lake temperatures are commonly in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight                  here at Cimmerian Lake. Whohoo, so many entertaining things in one place! The Absaroka Range is peerless! Cimmerian Lake is right by the Thunderer Cutoff Trail; the Lodgepole Trail offers hiking at its best. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Chippy Park Campground; why not take a refreshing hike along the Republic Trail. Cimmerian Lake is close to Rabbit Gulch which is beyond doubt worth going to; camping at Woodbine Campground is always a brilliant experience. Nearby lakes?
