There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Big Sky, and Chiquita Lake is a site with many visitors from Bozeman. Chiquita Lake is a location that is relatively arid regularly; the wettest month of the year is usually May, that's the one that rains the most; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are beyond doubt plentiful here at Chiquita Lake. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if

| | it's for you then we recommend Gallatin River; don't forget to take a glorious little tour to Alder Creek. This lake is so wonderful. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Madison River; after a long day outdoors Arrowhead is a fine spot to spend a night or two. Chiquita Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Valley Garden Campground is a great local campground; lakes are such calm locations, why not go to Marcheta Lake. For the duration | |

of the months of summer here at Chiquita Lake, high temperatures mostly get into the 70's while overnight lows are frequently in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's while Chiquita Lake overnight low temperatures
through the winter are in the 10's. If you came to camp Red Mountain Campground is a delightful spot to do that, and Beaverhead is a great spot to get some rest. Hit the slopes at Moonlight Basin around here, and a striking lake like Little Brother Lake is a nice location to stop by.
