     If you need a place to stay Arrowhead is a tremendous choice, and if you come at the right time of year, Madison River offers some glorious whitewater. Lakes are such serene spots, why not take a look at Lone Acre Lake near Cherry Lake, and you can stay the night at Norris-bear Trap Hot Springs. It is very dried up here at Cherry Lake mostly; May is when you get the most rain here; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. You'll stumble  
   on a lovely lake called Chiquita Lake near Cherry Lake; the skiing at Moonlight Basin is great.
Man, is there a lot of entertaining things to do next to Cherry Lake. Red Mountain Campground is a tremendous campground nearby. For the period of the long summer days at Cherry Lake highs are usually in the 70's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 40's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's; winter nights come with lows in the 10's
 
               to Cherry Lake. Dry warm beds await you at Beaverhead, and a day on the slopes of Big Sky is just what you need.
