This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous place to camp here at Carters Pond is Kiwanis       Club Campground, and in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Judith River. For the period of the warm months highs here at Carters Pond get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 40's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while Carters Pond overnight low temperatures during the wintertime are in the 0's. Upper Carters Pond is a great lake close to Carters Pond, and Carters Pond is brilliant                  enough to spend more than a day at, Mountain Acres Mobile Home Park is a brilliant local campground. Carters Pond gets very little precipitation; throughout the month of May you get the most rain around here while February is regularly the driest month. That right there is a lot already, but it keeps on going; Carters Pond has it all.
