In Montana there are many beautiful lakes, Carbine Lake is one of them. And that's not all there is to do here in the Cabinet Mountains. Rodeway Inn Libby is a wonderful place to get some rest. So much enjoyable stuff in the Cabinet Mountains, just impressive. There's so much to do here at Carbine Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Willow Creek Campground is a delightful spot for that; a great nearby hotel is Super 8 Motel - St. Regis. | | rainfall that falls at Carbine Lake is close to the national average; of all the months in a year January is the one with the most snow, and the driest month is July. This lake is located in the wonderful Cabinet Mountains. Don't leave Carbine Lake without first going for a hike along the Thompson River Mount Headley Trail, and a beautiful lake like Cabin Lake is a great place to visit. You think that's sufficient? why not go to Graves Lake. Float down the rapids of Vermilion River in a kayak; one of the main traits of the surroundings of Carbine Lake is Mount Headley. During the summer months here at Carbine Lake, high temperatures frequently
get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows during the winter for Carbine Lake tend to be in the 10's.
