Canyon Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range. This lake is so wonderful. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Sand Creek; camping at Blodgett Canyon Campground is always a great experience. Just can't get enough of Canyon Lake. If you're interested in hydro structures, you can pop by Canyon Lake Dam; there is a great hiking trail       close by called the Ward Mountain Trail. This lake is so wonderful. At Canyon Lake you can spot Canyon Peak, and Canyon Lake is not the only place nearby, Canyon Lake is a nearby lake. Going for a hike on the Trapper Peak Trail is always a perfect adventure, unsurprisingly you could also pop by East Lake if you're here; it's not far at all. All through the summer, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Canyon Lake; the night is a bit cooler of course, usually                  in the 40's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Canyon Lake. And if that's not enough there's a heap more enjoyable stuff to do in the Bitterroot Range. A short tour to Canyon Falls is always worthwhile; a magnificent spot for whitewater paddling is White Sand Creek. Now, you may think that's a heap but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Bitterroot Range. A pleasant nearby hotel is Townhouse Inn of Hamilton, and close by you locate the Saint Mary Peak Trail which is a good hiking trail. Canyon Lake gets a common amount of annual precipitation; January is when you get the most snow here while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
