Canyon Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Canyon Lake is one of the lakes here in the Bitterroot Range. High temperatures at Canyon Lake throughout the warm months are in the 80's; the overnight is a bit chillier of course, frequently in the 40's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 30's with temperatures at Canyon Lake dipping down into the 10's through winter nights. Yeah, come up here to the Bitterroot Range for a great

| | time. This is a pleasant region for people who like lakes. Canyon Lake is a lake close by; don't leave Canyon Lake without first going for a hike along the Saint Mary Peak Trail.

magnificent choice, and here at Canyon Lake you can make out Canyon Peak. This lake is so wonderful. Canyon Falls is always fun to check out, and hey, Gotta ski right? Lost Trail is a fine place to do that.
Be careful coming to
the Bitterroot Range, you might not ever wanna go home again. Not far from Canyon Lake you obtain some good water scenery at Canyon Lake Dam, and pleasant hiking is available along the Trapper Peak Trail. There's so much to do here
at Canyon Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Como Campground is a good place for that, and you can go for a hike on the Ward Mountain Trail.
An average amount of rainfall falls at Canyon Lake; throughout the month
of January you get the most snow around here while July is mostly the driest month. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Canyon Lake. A glorious location for whitewater paddling near Canyon Lake is Big Sand Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Hamilton.
