A visit to Canyon Lake is always a good idea. This lake is one of the great places here in the Absaroka Range. The Crazy Lakes Trail is a magnificent hiking trail next to Canyon Lake, and if you've had enough of Canyon Lake, Big Moose Lake is nearby. Summertime highs at Canyon Lake typically tend to be in the 70's with night lows in the 30's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's while Canyon Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime

There's some flowing water close by, Hemingway Creek is a stream you can take a look at while you're here; camping is available at Crazy Creek Campground. This lake is so wonderful.
