Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Lewis Range. Why not go to nearby Conger Creek since you're here at Camp Lake, and you can run the rapids of Blackfoot River. Canyon Lake is a great lake next to Camp Lake, and there's whitewater on Blackfoot River - North Fork for all you thrill seekers. At Camp Lake throughout the summer months highs are in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 40's. For the period of the wintertime highs       are usually in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Camp Lake are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Monture Creek Campground while you're here at Camp Lake; since you're here you can take a hike along the Lake Otatsy Trail. This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. No way I can stop, cause I'm havin' a brilliant time here at Camp Lake. Camp Pass is a glorious place to stop by nearby, and there are other locations here                  than Camp Lake, for example Lake Otatsy. If the weather is brilliant here at Camp Lake, you can go for a hike along the Spread Mountain Trail; the view of East Spread Mountain is beautiful. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a spot to stay Rodeway Inn Deer Lodge is a fine choice. Camp Lake gets very little rainfall; January is the wettest month with most snow, and the driest of the months is July. But wait, there's more entertaining things to do in the Lewis Range.
