At Camas Lake through the summer highs are in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's; throughout the dark hours in the wintertime at Camas Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Belgrade. The panorama of scenic Boulder Baldy near Camas Lake is magnificent, and Indian Road Campground       is a good local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a good little trip to Middle Fork Big Camas Creek, and if you come at the right time of year, Tenderfoot Creek offers some great whitewater. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the Big Belt Mountains. The Divide Trail is a tremendous hiking trail right next door to Camas Lake, and why not camp at Skidway Campground if you're here at Camas Lake. Camas Lake is one of the lakes here                  in the Big Belt Mountains.
