These mountains rock, just check out all the cool stuff to do in the Lewis Range. It is very dried out here at Camas Lake typically; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Summertime highs at Camas Lake mostly tend to be in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 40's. The wintertime       comes with highs in the 20's, and night lows in the 0's for Camas Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for something close to Camas Lake? Arrow Lake is in the neighborhood. There's so much to do here at Camas                  Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Sprague Creek Campground is a wonderful site for that, and if you need a site to stay Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a nice choice. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors cool things the area in close proximity to Camas Lake has to offer. Don't leave Camas Lake without first going for a hike along the McDonald Creek Trail, and there's great hiking along the Avalanche Trail. If you want a nice time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Lewis Range. Whitewater paddling is great on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and some of the water close by flows, like Longfellow Creek.
