     Burnt Bacon Lake is always a pleasure to visit. This lake is so wonderful. Beartooth Lake Campground is a good campground nearby. Lakes are pleasant; Whitcomb Lake is a lake that's in close proximity to Burnt Bacon Lake. Burnt Bacon Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the wettest month of the year is commonly June, that's the one that rains the most while October is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Burnt Bacon Lake in fact
 
   is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. Not far from Burnt Bacon Lake, you'll locate Granite Lake which is a charming lake, and you can run the rapids of Clarks Fork Yellowstone River. This lake is one of the great places here in the Absaroka Range. This lake is so wonderful. There are good places to discover along the Granite Loop Trail, and skiing at Red Lodge Mountain is one of those things you just should do.
At Burnt Bacon Lake during the
 
               warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 30's. Through the winter highs are in the 20's while Burnt Bacon Lake nighttime low temperatures through the winter are in the 0's. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is bountiful here in the Absaroka Range. If you're here at Burnt Bacon Lake, you could explore Lake Creek, and Clarks Fork Yellowstone River is a great whitewater spot close by. Don't leave Burnt Bacon Lake without first going for a hike along the Copeland Lake Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Lake Creek Campground is a glorious place to camp.
There's no way anyone can get bored here in the Absaroka Range. Going for a hike on the Upper Granite Loop Trail is always a great adventure, and Park Rapids is an inspiring site to check out while you're here.
