Take a hike on the Battery Mountain Trail; a lake close by is Crevice Lake. This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. This site, the Lewis Range, has so much outdoors fun things. Camping is available at Soup Creek Campground, and you can have a tremendous hiking adventure along the Lion Creek Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant site to camp here at Bunker Lake       is Crossover Campground; Bunker Lake is right by the Wire Trail. Bunker Lake gets a normal amount of rain; the month with most of the snow is December; the driest month of the year is July. So many enjoyable things to do in the Lewis Range, not enough time. Twin Creeks Bed and Breakfast is a tremendous spot to get some rest. Yep, outdoors exciting stuff to do are in fact bountiful here at Bunker Lake. There are some brilliant whitewater spots on Bear Creek,                  and the top of Gildart Peak is easily seen from Bunker Lake. A perfect nearby hotel is Bridge Street Cottages, and Bunker Lake is not the only place close by, Gildart Lakes is a close by lake. During the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Bunker Lake. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 40's.
