Brent Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Brent Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. On a magnificent day at Brent Lake you can take a hike along the Crazy Mountain Trail, and you get a great vista of Froze-to-Death Mountain from here. At Brent Lake through the summer highs are in the 70's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 30's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's,

| | and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Brent Lake sink into the 0's. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the exciting things in the Absaroka Range. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Red Lodge Mountain, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Rosebud Creek - East.

wonderful. There is a great hiking trail in close proximity to Brent Lake called the Lake Reno Trail, and Brent Lake is a fine place to camp, East Rosebud Campground is a fine place. Brent Lake is not the only spot close by, Arch
Lake is a close by lake, and if you come at the right time of year, Rosebud Creek - West offers some good whitewater.
Near Brent Lake you come across the Crazy Lakes Trail which is a good hiking trail, and camping at Brent Lake
is pleasant fun, Emerald Lake Campground is a pleasant local campground. If you go for the outdoors you'll go for it here in the Absaroka Range. Phantom Glacier is something you shouldn't miss if you're here at Brent Lake. Brent Lake
gets a normal amount of precipitation; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while October is mostly the driest month.
