Good hiking is available along the Doris Creek Trail; it's a splendid idea to go to Krause Creek. Boys Lake is generally a rather dried out place; most of the rain falls during June; February on the other hand is the driest. Just can't get enough of Boys Lake. Kid Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to, and don't miss out on a visit to Glacier National Park since you're here. A perfect site for whitewater paddling       in the neighborhood of Boys Lake is Swan River, and there's delightful hiking along the Jimmie Ridge Trail. High temperatures at Boys Lake through the days of summer are in the 70's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's typically in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's; during the dark hours in the winter at Boys Lake temperatures drop to the 10's. While you're here at Boys Lake, you could also check out charming Amy Lake, and after a long                  day outdoors Bad Rock B&B is a great place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Eagle Bend Golf Club not far from Boys Lake; camping is available at Bigfork Campground. Boys Lake is a location with many visitors from Kalispell, and you can go for a hike on the Alpine Trail. So many entertaining things to do at Boys Lake, so little time. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Rv Timbers Park while you're here at Boys Lake, and Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a great spot to get some rest.
