Kristianna Mountain Homes is a brilliant site to get some rest, and not far from Bowen Lake you'll locate Louis Lake which is a stunning lake. This lake is so wonderful. Bowen Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, North Campground is a tremendous local campground. Lakes? Sure, Sylvia Lake       is around here. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Mount Marston National Recreation Trail. Just can't get enough of Bowen Lake. Paddling on Sunday Creek is so much fun, and at Bowen Lake you can see Elk Mountain. A great place to camp here at Bowen Lake is South Campground; do take a hike on the Griffin Creek Trail. Bowen Lake is commonly a quite dried out place; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; March on the other hand is the                  driest. Summertime at Bowen Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, generally in the 40's.
