    Why not stop by Bonanza Lakes if you're passing through these parts. This lake is so wonderful. From Bonanza Lakes you acquire a magnificent sight of Binocular Peak; a great place for whitewater paddling is St. Joe River. The Bitterroot Range scenery is always beautiful.
High temperatures at Bonanza Lakes through the warm days of summer are in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures sink down into the 40's. Highs during the winter are ordinarily in the
 
   30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Bonanza Lakes. And if you're still looking for more outdoors fun stuff just keep reading. Missoula Lake is a great lake in the neighborhood of Bonanza Lakes, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Clearwater River - North Fork. This lake is so wonderful. A tour to Lost Creek Falls will fill your spirit with good feelings, and Bonanza Lakes lays in the  
               shadow of the Bitterroot Mountains.
Bonanza Lakes is a great place to visit for more than one day, Nugget Rv Resort is a great place to camp nearby, and hiking along the Trout Creek Stock Driveway is glorious fun. Just can't get enough of the Bitterroot Range. If you need a site to stay Super 8 Motel - St. Regis is a brilliant choice, and Bonanza Lakes is right by the Cedar Creek Stock Driveway. Bonanza Lakes is a location that is relatively dehydrated mostly; January is the wettest month with most snow while July is ordinarily the driest month.
And that's not everything you can do here in the Bitterroot Range. Bonanza Lakes is right next door to Cataract Gulch which is positively worth a visit, and Campground St Regis is a wonderful local campground.
