This lake is so wonderful. Bobs Lake is tremendous enough to spend more than a day at, Fourth of July Campground is a tremendous local campground; Black Lion Mountain is gorgeous and can be spotted from here. All through the warm days of summer at Bobs Lake highs are mostly in the 70's with night lows in the 30's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the       0's to Bobs Lake. So much cool stuff in the Pioneer Mountains, just tremendous. If you came to camp Canyon Creek Campground is a delightful spot to do that, and going for a hike on the Driveway Trail is always a fine adventure. Bobs Lake gets very little rain; during the month of June you get the most rain around here; February on the other hand is the driest. Near Bobs Lake you stumble on the Stine Creek Trail which is a nice hiking trail. The Gold Creek                  Trail is a great hiking trail in the vicinity of Bobs Lake; during your tour here you'll meet some people from Butte-Silver Bow for sure.
