Sears Motel and Campground is a brilliant campground nearby, and at Blue Lake you can observe Elbow Mountain. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs ordinarily are in the 70's at Blue Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Blue Lake dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. So many amusing       things to do in the Lewis Range, not enough time. Looking for a delightful journey? Glacier National Park is relatively close to Blue Lake, and don't leave Blue Lake without first going for a hike along the North Badger-Elbow Creek Trail. Go for a hike on the Muskrat Creek Trail; a glorious location to pop by is Muskrat Pass. Blue Lake is located in the Lewis Range. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Summit Campground, and there's great hiking                  along the Calbick Creek Trail. The amount of rainfall that falls at Blue Lake is close to the national average; January is the wettest month with most snow while July is ordinarily the driest month. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Blue Lake.
