Going for a hike along the Lightning Creek Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn WEST YELLOWSTONE is a fine choice. At Blue Danube Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the month with most of the rain is June while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. The skiing at Big Sky is great. This place is great, just look at all the cool stuff to do in close proximity to Blue Danube

Triple Lakes, and if you come at the right time of year, Madison River offers some fine whitewater. If the weather is perfect here at Blue Danube Lake, you can go for a hike along the Wapiti Creek Trail. There's so much to do here
at Blue Danube Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Rock Creek Campground is a great site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Cutoff Trail is perfect fun; Blue Danube Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Beaver Creek Campground 1 is a great local campground.
