Black Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. There are plenty of folks from Kalispell here at Black Lake. From a rain point of view Black Lake is a reasonably normal site; most of the rain falls through November; the driest month is July. But wait, there's more fun stuff to do in the Lewis Range. Good hiking is available along the Graves Creek Trail, and do pay a visit to Glacier National Park if you're here at Black Lake.

If you need a site to stay Bridge Street Cottages is a great choice, of course you could also visit Cliff Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. For the period of the summer months here at Black Lake, high temperatures mostly reach the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's while Black Lake night low temperatures throughout | |

the wintertime are in the 10's. If only every location had this much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great planet it would be. Glacier Park Super 8 Motel is a brilliant site to get some rest, and a great place for whitewater paddling
is Swan River.
Black Lake is one of the lakes here in the Lewis Range. This lake is so wonderful. Here at Black Lake you can see Mount Aeneas, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Noisy Creek Notch Trail. If you don't
mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and Lid Creek Campground is a wonderful local campground.
Don’t forget to go to Jewel Basin since you're here at Black Lake, and Black Lake
is not the only spot close by, Picnic Lakes is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Black Lake is a splendid site to visit for more than one day, Fire Island Campground is a splendid site to camp nearby, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Black Lake; Tongue Mountain Trail is a great local trail.
