A lake close by is Buckley Lake, and camping is available at Havre KOA. For the period of the summertime here at Black Cow Reservoir, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's, and after the sun is down all through the winter temperatures at Black Cow Reservoir descend into the 0's. This lake is so wonderful.
