A visit to Birch Lake is always a good idea. The amount of rainfall that falls at Birch Lake is close to the national average; November is the wettest month with most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Birch Lake is one of the lakes here in the Lewis Range. You just should go for the Lewis Range. The Aeneas Creek Trail offers hiking at its best, and a tour to Glacier National Park is recommended.

Birch Lake is right by the Graves Creek Trail, and camping is available at Handkerchief Lake Campground. Birch Lake really is in the middle of a beautiful outdoors paradise. Nearby lakes? Sure, Aeneas Lake is in the vicinity of Birch Lake, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Swan River.

Man, is there plenty of cool stuff to do in the Lewis Range. At Birch Lake you can see Mount Aeneas, and Bridge Street Cottages is a good site to get some rest. If you came for an overnight stay Lid Creek Campground is a great place
to camp, and places like Jewel Basin are splendid to stop at. Summertime highs at Birch Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's. High temperatures during the winter are normally in the
20's, and overnight lows throughout the wintertime for Birch Lake tend to be in the 10's.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Glacier Park Super 8 Motel.
