A great site to camp here at Bill Lake is Mc Leod Resort, and don't leave Bill Lake without first going for a hike along the Republic                  Trail. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Absaroka Range. If you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel Big Timber is a nice choice; there's splendid hiking along the Thunderer Cutoff Trail. At Bill Lake you don’t see much rain; May is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful.
