It is very dehydrated here at Bighorn Lake regularly; May is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Cottonwood Camp is a perfect local campground; Bighorn Canyon is another good site to have a look at nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Grapevine Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth stopping at, and if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Three Springs Trail.       For the duration of the months of summer here at Bighorn Lake, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's. For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Through the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Bighorn Lake are in the 0's. There's just no way anyone can get bored here at Bighorn Lake. It's always nice to take a look at 1 Spring 06S30E13DDC, and on a splendid day you can take a                  hike along the Burnt Trail. Not far from Bighorn Lake you get some nice water scenery at Yellowtail Dam, and if you came for an overnight stay Afterbay Campground is a great spot to camp.
