The warmest time of the year at Big Salmon Lake arrives with high temperatures in the                  80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. All through the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Big Salmon Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Holland Gordon Trail, and the summit of Charlotte Peak can be distinguished from Big Salmon Lake.
