There's so much to do here at Big Sag Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Benton RV Park is a good site for that. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are great; Pirate Lake is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Big Sag Lake, and Grand Union Hotel is a nice site to get some rest. Big Sag Lake is pretty arid regularly; through the month of May you get the most rain around here,       and the driest month of the year is February. You're most likely addicted to lakes, Birkeland Reservoir is one of those close by; Big Sag Lake is wonderful enough to spend more than a day at, Thain Creek Campground is a wonderful local campground. During the summer at Big Sag Lake highs are ordinarily in the 80's, and the nighttime is a tad cooler of course, frequently in the 50's.
