Lower Warm Springs Campground is a great campground nearby, and do stop at North Fork Racetrack Creek while you're here at Big Pozega Lake. Throughout the days of summer highs here at Big Pozega Lake get into the 80's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with temperatures       at Big Pozega Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Lost Creek Campground is a brilliant local campground, and going for a hike on the Long Canyon Trail is always a perfect adventure. Big Pozega Lake is a location that is quite dried out mostly; June is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Yeah, come here to Big Pozega Lake for a glorious time. There is a tremendous hiking trail                  next to Big Pozega Lake called the Boulder Lakes Trail.
