Many people like to go to Big Knife Lakes. Throughout the long summer days at Big Knife Lakes temperatures are generally in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 40's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are typically in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Big Knife Lakes. If you came for an overnight stay Holland Lake Campground is a tremendous location to camp; Flathead River - South Fork is a great whitewater spot close by.

This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range. There are tremendous sites to discover along the Holland Gordon Trail, and don't leave Big Knife Lakes without first going for a hike along the Holland Falls National Recreation Trail.
