This lake is one of the great places here in the Bitterroot Range. An average amount of precipitation falls at Berry Lake; the month of January is the wettest with most of the snow; July meanwhile is the driest month. Whohoo, so much cool stuff in one place! Skiing at Lookout Pass is one of those things you just       must do; do take a hike on the Ridge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Berry Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Trout Creek Campground is a great site for that; the top of Windfall Peak is easily observed from Berry Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Berry Lake has to offer, you can camp at Jack Pine Flats Campground, and if you get bored of Berry Lake you could also visit close by Ninetythree Mile Lake.                  You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Lookout Pass since you're here; why not take a refreshing hike along the Black Peak Trail. For the period of the summer at Berry Lake highs are usually in the 80's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's while the cold winter nights at Berry Lake are in the 10's. Now, you may believe that's a lot but there's even more cool stuff to do here in the Bitterroot Range.
