If you like lakes and you're in this part of Montana you can check out Beaver Lake. And that's not everything there is to do here in the Bitterroot Range. If you came to camp Jack Pine Flats Campground is a tremendous place to do that, and get yourself into a kayak and hit St. Joe River - North Fork. Beaver Lake is located in the Bitterroot Range. This lake is so wonderful. A wonderful nearby hotel is Best Western Wallace Inn, and hiking along the Emma Peak

After a long day outdoors Stardust Motel is a splendid site to spend a night or two, and going for a hike along the Black Peak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood. Beaver Lake gets a typical amount of precipitation; January is the wettest month with most snow, and July is when it's the driest. of year, St. Joe River - Skookum Canyon offers some brilliant whitewater.
For the period of the long summer days here at Beaver Lake, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's generally in the
40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Beaver Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Looking for some flowing water? Try Dixie Creek; the skiing at Lookout Pass is good.
So
many entertaining things in the Bitterroot Range, just astonishing. The peak of Beaver Peak can be seen from Beaver Lake, and a day on the slopes of Lookout Pass is just what you need. All the outdoors amusing stuff in close proximity
to Beaver Lake will keep you coming back many times. Beaver Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Denna Mora Campground is a brilliant local campground, and if the weather is delightful, you can go for a hike along the Reader Gulch Pack Trail.
