In Montana there are many beautiful lakes, Beaver Lake is one of them. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this spot. You'll meet a lot of people from Kalispell here; Inez Point is not far at all. Beaver Lake gets very little precipitation; June is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is October. For the duration of the warmest time of the year here at Beaver Lake, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to

| | the 40's. For the period of the winter highs are regularly in the 20's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Beaver Lake. A glorious place to camp here at Beaver Lake is Les Mason Campground; there's pleasant hiking along the Whitefish Divide-Smokey Range National Recreation Trail. Grouse Mountain Lodge is a splendid place to get some rest; if you come at the right time of year, Stillwater River offers some good whitewater. Now, you may think that's | |

a heap but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Beaver Lake. Head up to Blacktail Mountain and strap some skis to your feet; a great close by hotel is Kristianna Mountain Homes. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be
played at Whitefish Lake Golf Club, and Big Mountain is a very popular ski area close at hand. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Whitefish RV Park since you're here at Beaver Lake; Dollar Lake is a nearby lake that you could
stop at. There are some great whitewater spots on Flathead River - Middle Fork, and Beaver Lake is right by the Micho Trail. Do take a look at Little Beaver Lake in the neighborhood of Beaver Lake, it's a pretty lake, and on a
delightful day you obtain a good panorama of Lion Mountain from Beaver Lake. Do pay a visit to Glacier National Park while you're here at Beaver Lake. Beaver Creek flows through this area, and the Danny on Memorial National Recreation Trail offers hiking at its best.
