Montana has many beautiful lakes and Beauty Lake is one of them. Beauty Lake is one of the lakes here in the Absaroka Range. Do stop at Anvil Lake in the neighborhood of Beauty Lake, it's a beautiful lake, and why not a little side spree to Goose Creek. During the warmest time of the year here at Beauty Lake, high temperatures frequently reach the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's with

| | temperatures at Beauty Lake dipping down into the 10's throughout winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. Beauty Lake is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Colter Campground is a nice local campground; do take a hike on the Pilot Creek Trail. If you came to camp Soda Butte Campground is a nice spot to do that, and you can have a splendid hiking adventure along the Thunderer Cutoff Trail. Having a pleasant time in the Absaroka Range is painless. Beauty Lake is right by the Republic Trail, and you can run the rapids of Stillwater River. You just
can't picture the amount of outdoors cool stuff the Absaroka Range has to offer. There's whitewater on Clarks Fork Yellowstone for all you adrenaline people; Beauty Lake is in close proximity to Lulu Pass which is absolutely worth
stopping at. So many enjoyable things to do here at Beauty Lake, too splendid to be true. Star Dust Lake is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and Super 8 Motel Big Timber is a pleasant spot to get some rest.
