There are other places here than Beauty Lake, for example Lake Aries, and get covered with water paddling on Clarks Fork Yellowstone. So many cool things to do in the Absaroka Range, not sufficient time. There's so much to do here at Beauty Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Colter Campground is a pleasant place for that, and the Republic Trail is a great hiking trail close       by. This place, the Absaroka Range, has so much outdoors entertaining stuff. Near Beauty Lake you find the Pilot Creek Trail which is a great hiking trail; if you need a spot to stay Super 8 Motel Big Timber is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Beauty Lake has to offer, you can camp at Soda Butte Campground; since you're here, you could visit Goose Creek. At Beauty Lake you don’t see much precipitation;                  the month with most of the rain is May while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Beauty Lake. Near Beauty Lake you discover Lulu Pass which is a fine spot to pop by; going for a hike on the Thunderer Cutoff Trail is always a good adventure. High temperatures at Beauty Lake during the days of summer are in the 80's while night lows are usually in the 50's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's, and nighttime lows at Beauty Lake during the winter frequently drop into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Beauty Lake is a beautiful lake in the Absaroka Range.
