If you like lakes and you're in this part of Montana you can check out Bear Lakes. Summer at Bear Lakes arrives with high temperatures in the 80's; the nighttime is quite cooler of course, generally in the 50's. During the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Bear Lakes. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Bridger Bowl, and Comfort Inn Bozeman is a splendid site to get some rest. At Bear Lakes you don’t see much rain;

place to stay Microtel Inn and Suites Bozeman is a fine choice; Palace Butte Campground is a pleasant local campground. This lake is so wonderful. Bald Knob is clearly visible from Bear Lakes, and there's tremendous hiking along the Red Rock Trail.
