That right there is heaps of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the Pioneer Mountains has it all. Good hiking is available along the Grassy Lake Trail; camping is available at Steel Creek Campground.       This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Bear Lake without first going for a hike along the Shoestring Creek Bear Wallow Creek Trail, and there are delightful spots to discover along the Old Tim Creek Trail. Bear Lake is frequently a quite arid spot; during the month of June you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month. For the period of the summertime months at Bear Lake temperatures are frequently in the 70's while night lows                  are mostly in the 30's.
