Bailey Lake is pretty dried out ordinarily; December is the wettest month with most snow, and April is when it's the driest. During the days of summer at Bailey Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 40's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows through the winter for Bailey Lake tend to be in the 0's. This is a great neighborhood for people who like lakes.
