Ayers Reservoir is always a pleasure to visit. Camping at Conestoga Campground is always a splendid experience; do check out Elk Creek since you're here at Ayers Reservoir. This place, Ayers Reservoir, it absolutely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. People from Great Falls love to come to Ayers Reservoir. Ayers Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Big Belt Mountains.

| | Skidway Campground is a brilliant local campground, and hiking along the Divide Trail is pleasant fun. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Ayers Reservoir. During the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 40's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and nighttime lows in the 10's for Ayers Reservoir. Ayers Dam has good water scenery and it's right next door to Ayers Reservoir, and whitewater paddling is brilliant on Tenderfoot Creek.

And if that's not enough there's a heap more enjoyable stuff to do in the Big Belt Mountains. You might want to pay a visit to Ayers Gulch while you're here at Ayers Reservoir, and if you get bored of Ayers Reservoir you could also
stop at close by Stoyanoff Lake. Ayers Reservoir is pretty dried up ordinarily; June is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
