Not much rainfall falls here at Axolotl Lakes; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Axolotl Lakes is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Camper Corner is a nice place to camp nearby, and there are glorious locations to look at along the Dry Fork Trail.       Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! Axolotl Lakes rocks! Dry warm beds await you at Beaverhead. Clover Meadows Campground is a pleasant local campground; there are other sites here than Axolotl Lakes, for example Heart Lake. For the duration of the summertime months here at Axolotl Lakes, high temperatures usually get into the 80's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 40's. For the period of the wintertime highs are frequently in the 30's,                  and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Axolotl Lakes.
