Aurice Lake is a lake worth visiting. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Bear Creek; you can go for a hike on the Upper Two Medicine Trail. Aurice Lake is a good site to visit for more than one day, Two Medicine Campground is a good site to camp nearby, and a spree to Glacier National Park is recommended. So much exciting stuff to do here in the Lewis Range, too great to be true. There's whitewater on Flathead River

Throughout the summertime highs here at Aurice Lake get into the 70's while night lows are mostly in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; nighttime lows at Aurice Lake during the winter typically sink into the 10's. with the least amount of precipitation. Aurice Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. The peak of Mount Helen can be observed from Aurice Lake, and great hiking is available along the Two Medicine Pass Trail.
All year is a great time in the Lewis Range if you like the outdoors. There's perfect hiking along the Dawson Pass Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Aurice Lake is not the only spot close by, Striped Elk Lake is a close by lake; you need to explore Pumpelly Pillar while you're here. This lake is located in the wonderful Lewis Range.
