Aurice Lake gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; the wettest month of the year is commonly December, that's the one that snows the most, and the driest month is April. Aurice Lake is one of the lakes here in the Lewis Range. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Aurice Lake, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, commonly in the 40's. All through the winter highs are in the 20's; overnight       lows during the winter for Aurice Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid spot for whitewater paddling next to Aurice Lake is Bear Creek, and Glacier National Park is a delightful location nearby. Devil Creek Campground is a nice local campground, and good hiking is available along the Dawson Pass Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more exciting stuff to do here in the Lewis Range.                  Why not camp at Two Medicine Campground while you're here at Aurice Lake, and if you're here, you could also explore charming No Name Lake. You'll come across a charming lake called Upper Two Medicine Lake near Aurice Lake; you can go for a hike on the Two Medicine Pass Trail. Aurice Lake really is in the middle of a picturesque outdoors paradise. Going for a hike on the Upper Two Medicine Trail is always a good adventure; if you want to go to some exciting stuff, go to Pumpelly Pillar.
