If you came to camp Ashley Lake Campground is a nice place to do that; swing by Bernard Creek it's a wonderful site to visit. Ashley Dam is worth checking out since you're here, and there are great sites to explore along the Meadow Creek Trail. Going for a hike on the Reid Divide Trail is always a delightful adventure, and do stop at Ashley Lake, it's a charming lake. Through the       summertime months at Ashley Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. During the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 40's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 20's, and nighttime lows at Ashley Lake during the wintertime frequently drop into the 10's. And if that's not sufficient, there's plenty more to do in close proximity to Ashley Lake. Stillwater River has a splendid whitewater paddling spot nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Gaynors Resorts,                  Inc. Camping at Rest-A-Day Campground is always a good experience, and Kristianna Mountain Homes is a perfect place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Ashley Lake is pretty dried up generally; June is when you get the most rain here, and February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful.
