If you need a place to stay Island Park Village Resort is a great choice; if you came for an overnight stay Cliff Point Campground is a nice location to camp. There are fine places to explore along the Middle Fork Trail. Lakes? Sure, Swan Lake is close by. At Antelope Pond you don’t see much rain; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain while February is typically the driest month. The warmest time of       the year brings highs in the 70's to Antelope Pond, and the nighttime is fairly cooler of course, mostly in the 40's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 20's while Antelope Pond night low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Howard Creek Trail is always a great adventure, and why not a little side spree to Elk Creek. If only every location had this much outdoors                  cool things, what a great globe it would be.
