Throughout the warm months at Anchor Lake highs are ordinarily in the 70's. During the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 30's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Anchor Lake. Having a tremendous       time in the Pioneer Mountains is uncomplicated. Good hiking is available along the Rhubarb Patch Trail, and if you came for an overnight stay Dinner Station Campground is a great spot to camp. Anchor Lake is a beautiful lake in the Pioneer Mountains. An exciting thing to go to near Anchor Lake is Anchor Lake North Dam, and there's brilliant hiking along the Driveway Trail. You get a great sight of Highboy Mountain from Anchor Lake, and the Gold Creek Trail offers hiking at its best.
