The beauty of Alp Lake attracts many people from all around. Dry warm beds await you at Madison River Cabins & Rv; there are perfect places to explore along the Wapiti Creek Trail. West Fork Cabins & Rv is a good place to get some rest, and camping at Beaver Creek Campground 1 is always a pleasant experience. a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. The view of Imp Peak from Alp Lake is stunning, and Expedition Pass is also a perfect place to look at. The slopes of Moonlight Basin are so inviting nobody can resist. Be careful
coming to Alp Lake, you might not ever want to return home again. Hilgard Basin is a delightful spot to check out, and going for a hike on the Lightning Creek Trail is always a tremendous adventure. Throughout the summer months
at Alp Lake highs are generally in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 40's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's; night lows at Alp Lake throughout the winter frequently descend into the 10's.
