Akokala Lake is a nice lake to visit. Throughout the summertime months, highs generally are in the 70's at Akokala Lake. Summer overnight lows dip down to the 40's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Akokala Lake. Akokala Lake is located in the Lewis Range. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. The skiing at Big Mountain is brilliant.
