     You're probably keen on lakes, Black Lake is one of those nearby. There's so much to do here at Spring Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Perry is a brilliant location for that. Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more cool stuff to do here at Spring Lake. Go for a hike on the Black Creek Hiking Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are great; Hillman Dead River is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Spring Lake, and Holiday  
   Inn Express Hotel & Suites LUCEDALE is a great site to get some rest. Don't forget to take a delightful little trip to Atkinson Creek, and if you came to camp Red Wolf Wilderness Adventures is a nice site to do that.
There's always McLain Sewage Lagoon Dam to go to next to Spring Lake, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Woodstone is a glorious site to spend a night or two. Much rain falls at Spring Lake; all through March this area sees the most rain;
 
               October is the month with the least moisture. All through the warm months at Spring Lake highs are usually in the 90's while night lows are mostly in the 60's. Through the winter highs are ordinarily in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 30's for Spring Lake.
