Summertime highs at Sally Lake regularly tend to be in the 90's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Highs through the winter are typically in the 50's with winter lows in the 30's overnight here at Sally Lake. So many entertaining things in the neighborhood of Sally Lake, definitely impressive. You're sure to encounter some good people from Pascagoula here; needless to say Johnson Branch       is a delightful stream that is worth going to. You'll stumble on a beautiful lake called Files Pond near Sally Lake, and Riverbend Park Resort is a wonderful local campground. If you came for an overnight stay Bluff Creek Campgrounds is a great site to camp, and a delightful close by hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - MOSS POINT/PASCAGOULA. Do stop at Parkers Lake in close proximity to Sally Lake, it's a pretty lake, and Comfort Inn Moss Point is a wonderful site to get                  some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Gulf Islands National Seashore is a brilliant local destination here at Sally Lake, and swamps don’t sound that great but Black Creek Slough next to Sally Lake is quite great.
