Camping at Barge Lake Campground is always a great experience, and you'll probably meet some people from Tallulah here. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always go to nearby Goose Lake.       The high level of rain makes Moon Lake a rather wet location; March is the wettest month with most rain, and August on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the warm months at Moon Lake highs are typically in the 90's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 70's.
