     Lakewood Park Lake is always a pleasure to visit. Nearby lakes? Sure, Borden Lake is near Lakewood Park Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Scottish Inns Tupelo. You're in all probability keen on lakes, Longs Lake is one of those close by, and Wingate by Wyndham Tupelo is a wonderful spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Natchez Trace Parkway is a wonderful place next to Lakewood Park Lake; while you're here and you like golf, you can pop by Big  
   Oaks Golf Course.
Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Lakewood Park Lake. If you came for an overnight stay Tombigbee State Park is a tremendous spot to camp; an interesting thing to explore near Lakewood Park Lake is Lakewood Lake Dam. For the period of the warm months highs here at Lakewood Park Lake reach the 90's, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, commonly in the 60's. For the duration of the
 
               winter highs are frequently in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Lakewood Park Lake temperatures sink to the 30's. During your spree to Lakewood Park Lake you'll meet some folks from Tupelo for sure.
