For the period of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 70's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 50's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Lake Hico plunge into the 30's. Lake Hico gets lots of water; all through the month of December you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is August.
